Jewellery And Piercings With Stones

The warranty covers stones loosening or falling out for normal use up to 30 days after the shipping date. Do not wear the product while showering, exercising, swimming or going to the beach. Do not expose the product to alcohol, perfume, hair spray, makeup or chemical cleaners. For glued stones, do not expose the product to direct sunlight or excessive heat to prevent the adhesive layer from drying out. To prevent stones from loosening, avoid fall or impact damage to the product.

Belly Piercings With Figurines And/Or Pendants

If you have ordered a belly button piercing without an interchangeable bar and with a figurine, the bar is often glued. This is to protect your belly button from tearing if the ring catches on your clothing. If too much pressure is applied the bar separates from the figurine to prevent your belly button from being torn open. The same applies to belly button piercings with a pendant. There is a small ring connecting the bottom ball and pendant. This ring will snap or open if too much pressure is on it.

To prevent this, do not wear wool clothing or similar clothing with an open structure this belly piercing could catch on. Do not wear the product while showering, exercising, swimming or during any other exercise involving pressure on the bar, including stooping.
Problems with belly piercings as described above are covered by the warranty for normal use up to 30 days after the shipping date.

Cartilage Jewelry with glued bars

Some cartilage jewelry can easily catch on to a piece of clothing. To prevent your ear piercing from being torn open, such jewelry is designed to break when too much pressure is applied to it.

To prevent this, do not wear wool clothing or similar clothing with an open structure. Do not wear such jewelry while sleeping or similar activities when your ear rests on a pillow.

Problems with cartilage jewelry as described above, are covered by the warranty for normal use up to 30 days after the shipping date.

Products for which the use of a Tool is necessary

If it is stated that the product requires the use of a tool, such as pliers or forceps, additional conditions apply to the warranty. Use the proposed tool or a similar product that is specifically designed for this use. Use the tool as intended or have it done by a professional. Damage to products caused by incorrect use of tools is excluded from the warranty.

Lost balls and other removable parts

Any removable parts, such as balls, should be checked and tightened regularly. Check removable parts regularly to prevent them from loosening and getting lost. Make sure removable parts are properly tightened,  before using such jewelry.
